At Cloult, we uphold the highest standards of service. If a refund is necessary, the following procedures apply:
Approval & Processing
Refunds are authorized only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, we will initiate the refund within 14 business days.
Refund Distribution
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow your financial provider up to 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Refund Exclusions
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund if the return was initiated by the customer rather than caused by an error on our side.
